Dana joined the Nofsinger Group in 2007. She has more than a decade of experience working with professionals across all sectors and industries providing leader, team, and organizational development.
Dana is committed to supporting leader, team, and organizational success and sustainability through leadership behaviors that foster healthy workplaces. She is certified as an experiential educator and an endorsed administrator of various psychometric instruments, including: leadership 360° feedback, climate and culture surveys, DiSC Profile® and Watson Glaser™ Critical Thinking Appraisal. As a practitioner-scholar, the theoretical and the practical both drive Dana’s approach to understanding organizational environments, elevating high-performance teaming, and scaling leader effectiveness.
In her time with Nofsinger Group, Dana has particularly enjoyed contributing to The Shift From One to Many by Chrismon Nofsinger, Ph.D., (2011) and to the development of Nofsinger Group's proprietary Fit Assessment® for hiring and coaching. She is grateful to serve with multiple humanitarian, religious, and philanthropic organizations, always supporting positive change and growth.
Dana is a Ph.D. candidate in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University’s School of Professional Studies. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
