Nofsinger Group’s Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is a rigorous one-year leadership development program for current and emerging leaders who demonstrate top performance in their current role and are committed to taking their leadership skill set to the next level. This group leadership program challenges participants to understand the essence of leadership: a journey from individual contributor to facilitating the output of others, as well as making “the Shift” in their own professional journeys.

– Two-Hour Sessions Once a Month for 10 months
– 360 Leadership Review and DiSC Work Style Assessment Included
– Interactive, Small Group Learning
