As a former United States Army chaplain, Lauren’s passion for supporting individuals’ leadership journey stems from her personal experience in witnessing the power of leadership to change lives, organizations, communities, and international conflict. She has over a decade of experience working with leaders at all levels as an advisor, coach, and trainer. Her advisory and coaching work started in the military as the personal advisor to senior level leaders on religion, ethics and leadership. She is an experienced leader herself having led mid-level management teams within the military, as well as community volunteer organizations. Certified as an experiential educator and trainer for numerous relationship and personal development programs, Lauren is a dynamic and effective facilitator. She has developed and led over 100 training seminars worldwide in the military and corporate sectors. Since joining Nofsinger Group, Lauren has focused on leadership training and 360 leadership assessment and feedback. She holds a Master of Divinity degree from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Holyoke College in International Relations and German. Lauren joined Nofsinger Group in 2015.
