Two Training Frameworks - Immeasurable Results

Shift Training

Our Shift From One to Many leadership training helps leaders shift their behavior to become stage appropriate with their teams and organizations.

This highly interactive training produces actionable results by providing participants with a foundation in stage appropriate leadership, while helping leaders make their own shift from being an individual contributor to facilitating the output of others.

Fit Training

Fit Training helps leaders build and develop individuals and teams. Participants learn Nofsinger’s versatile Fit Framework™ that helps leaders effectively assess, hire, coach, and build dynamic teams. 

Options Include:
  • Target size 20-30 participants, with flexibility to accommodate larger groups
  • 3-hour and 6-hour sessions
  • Over 10 sub-topic training sessions available for each program
  • Team-building activities including rowing, ropes course, adventure race
