Chrismon Nofsinger, PhD — CEO
Chrismon Nofsinger is the CEO of the Nofsinger Group. In over 15 years of experience, he has become a trusted confidant and advisor to numerous CEOs, board members, and private equity investors. Chrismon has personally worked with more than 200 companies, from start-ups to Fortune 50, focusing on organizational change, individual and team development, and CEO coaching. Chrismon has earned an excellent reputation for his accurate individual and team assessment in selection, promotion, and M&A due diligence. Chrismon is also the co-founder of OpNote, a medical software company. He leads the Nofsinger Group’s equity and strategic partnerships. Chrismon holds a Masters and Ph.D. in organizational psychology from Claremont Graduate University, where he currently serves as a board member.

Alice Forsythe, MBA — Partner
Alice Forsythe is a Partner with the Nofsinger Group. She specializes in individual, team and organizational assessment, competency development, succession planning and executive coaching. Prior to joining Nofsinger, Alice managed projects for Mercer and AT&T Wireless. Her clients have included Puget Sound Energy, Laird Norton, Blue Point Capital Partners and Maveron. Earlier in her career, Alice was National Sales Manager for a publicly-owned video software company in the Los Angeles area, where she led the sales team covering the U.S. and Canada. Alice graduated from the University of Washington with B.A. degrees in psychology and business, and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in human resource management and organizational behavior.

Cynthia Lahti, MA, MS — Partner
Cynthia Lahti is a Partner with the Nofsinger Group. She specializes in executive assessment and coaching, individual and organizational transition, and strategic learning within the organizational context. Prior to partnering with Nofsinger, Cynthia was a manager and senior consultant with Microsoft’s Executive and Management Development Group. Earlier in her career, Cynthia held positions in engineering management within the broadcast industry. Cynthia holds a Masters in Speech Communication from the University of Washington and a Masters in Education from Capella University. She is currently engaged in Ph.D. studies focused on our changing relationship with work and the development of expertise. In addition, Cynthia works with intellectually gifted students and their parents.

John D. Hough — Partner
John D. Hough is a Partner with the Nofsinger Group. John specializes in CEO coaching, strategic corporate communications, branding, business development and shareholder communications. Prior to partnering with Nofsinger, John served as Chairman and CEO of Rockey Hill & Knowlton, a regional division of Hill & Knowlton, Inc., for eight years. Hill & Knowlton is among the leading marketing communications, public relations and public affairs consulting firms in the nation. Earlier, Hough was Executive Vice President-Marketing and member of the management team at First Interstate Bank of Washington. For 10 years, Hough served as a member of the board of directors, Alaska Pulp Corporation, until that company closed its operations in the United States. He has been named to numerous boards and commissions including the Oregon Shakespeare Festival trustees; the boards of regents of both Gonzaga and Seattle Universities; Seattle Chamber of Commerce trustees; and the Seattle Art Museum.

Dana Questad — Senior Associate
Dana Questad joined the Nofsinger Group in 2007. Prior thereto, Dana served as a resident supervisor for Catholic Charities. Dana donates her time to teach leadership and team skills to high school students in positions of student-leadership, is a certified ropes-course facilitator, and sits on several not-for-profit boards. She holds a Bachelors in psychology with a concentration in biology from Gonzaga University and a Masters in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University.

Nicole Waters — Administrative Assistant
Nicole joined the Nofsinger Group in 2010. She plays an critical role in supporting Nofsinger’s commitment to client service by managing the daily flow of activity and communication while providing our team with administrative and organizational support. Prior to joining our team, Nicole worked as a staff member at St. Francis Xavier School in Phoenix, AZ and volunteered with the Child Crisis Nursery and the Rotary Boys and Girls Club. Nicole is a student attending Seattle University; focusing her studies in psychology with plans to pursue graduate school. In addition to her role as a student and at Nofsinger, Nicole is an active member of Seattle University’s Track and Field and Cross Country teams.
