Chrismon Nofsinger, PhD — CEO

Chrismon Nofsinger is the CEO and founder of the Nofsinger Group. In his twenty-plus years in the field, Chrismon has become a trusted confidant and advisor to numerous CEOs, board members, and private equity investors. Chrismon has personally worked with more than 200 companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500, focusing on organizational change, individual and team development, and CEO coaching. Chrismon earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in organizational psychology from Claremont Graduate University, where he was a student of management guru Peter F. Drucker; and currently serves as a board member. A sought after speaker and thought-leader, Chrismon frequently speaks to business, academic, and nonprofit groups on the use of stage models as a tool to meaningfully improve business interactions and relationships. Chrismon's first book, The Shift: From One to Many; was published in 2011; and he is currently is collaborating on the forthcoming Stage Intelligence: The Simple Secret to Positive Relationships, geared for release in 2013.

Alice Forsythe, MBA — Partner

Alice Forsythe is a Partner with the Nofsinger Group. She specializes in individual, team and organizational assessment, competency development, succession planning and executive coaching. Prior to joining Nofsinger, Alice managed projects for Mercer and AT&T Wireless. Her clients span many industries and have included Fortune 500 and middle-market companies, private equity partnerships, family enterprises, startups, non-profit organizations and government agencies. Earlier in her career, Alice was National Sales Manager for a publicly-owned video software company in the Los Angeles area, where she led the sales team covering the U.S. and Canada. Alice graduated from the University of Washington with B.A. degrees in psychology and business, and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in human resource management and organizational behavior.

 

Cynthia Lahti, MA, MS — Partner

Cynthia Lahti is a Partner with the Nofsinger Group. She specializes in executive assessment and coaching, individual and organizational transition, and strategic learning within the organizational context. Prior to partnering with Nofsinger, Cynthia was a manager and senior consultant with Microsoft’s Executive and Management Development Group. Earlier in her career, Cynthia held positions in engineering management within the broadcast industry. Cynthia holds a Masters in Speech Communication from the University of Washington and a Masters in Education from Capella University. She is currently engaged in Ph.D. studies focused on our changing relationship with work and the development of expertise.  In addition, Cynthia works with intellectually gifted students and their parents.

 

Dana Questad, MA — Senior Associate

Dana Questad is a Senior Associate with the Nofsinger Group. She specializes in team facilitation, group dynamics, executive assessment and pre-investment management due diligence. Prior to joining Nofsinger, Dana worked with the Washington State Association of Secondary School Principals, training and engaging high school student leaders across Washington State. She continues to donate her time teaching leadership and team skills to high school students in positions of student leadership. In addition to her professional background, Dana has been active in a range of professional, cultural, and civic organizations. She currently serves on Gonzaga University’s Alumni Leadership Team; Seattle University’s Magis Advisory Board; Fulcrum Foundation's Board of Trustees; and as chairperson of Fulcrum Foundation’s junior board, Amici. She is a certified ropes-course facilitator, holds a B.A. in psychology with a concentration in biology from Gonzaga University, and an M.A. in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University.

 

Kelly Hanika — Travel Director

Kelly Hanika is Nofsinger’s dedicated travel guru and has been a critical member of our team since 2011. Kelly is a full-time certified travel agent; a veteran in the industry with 32 years of worldwide experience. Kelly enjoys traveling with her husband and close friends, working with long term clients, and evolving in her craft as the business grows and changes.

Safe to say we'd be lost without her, literally.

 

 

Erik Skoog — Special Projects Coordinator

Erik Skoog brings a wide range of experience with film, social and digital media, creative marketing, and promotion knowledge to the Nofsinger team. His recent projects include print work with Vogue Magazine and writing / producing a feature length film which has been selected for distribution negotiations. Prior to joining Nofsinger, Erik served as the Assistant Director for Gammanova Productions, a production company run out of Los Angeles, California. Erik is responsible for managing Nofsinger’s social media presence, advising on media for Nofsinger's platform, creating materials for marketing and press; and providing logistical and tactical power to Nofsinger’s communications efforts. He holds B.A. degrees in theater, fine art, and sociology from Gonzaga University.

 

 

Nicole Waters — Administrative Assistant

Nicole joined the Nofsinger Group in 2010. She plays an critical role in supporting Nofsinger’s commitment to client service by managing the daily flow of activity and communication while providing our team with administrative and organizational support. Prior to joining our team, Nicole worked as a staff member at St. Francis Xavier School in Phoenix, AZ and volunteered with the Child Crisis Nursery and the Rotary Boys and Girls Club. Nicole is a student attending Seattle University; focusing her studies in psychology with plans to pursue graduate school.
