Chrismon Nofsinger, PhD — CEO

Chrismon Nofsinger is the CEO of the Nofsinger Group. In over 15 years of experience, he has become a trusted confidant and advisor to numerous CEOs, board members, and private equity investors. Chrismon has personally worked with more than 200 companies, from start-ups to Fortune 50, focusing on organizational change, individual and team development, and CEO coaching. Chrismon has earned an excellent reputation for his accurate individual and team assessment in selection, promotion, and M&A due diligence. He leads the Nofsinger Group’s equity and strategic partnerships. Chrismon holds a Masters and Ph.D. in organizational psychology from Claremont Graduate University, where he currently serves as a board member.

Jennifer Macaulay, PhD — Managing Partner

Jennifer Macaulay is Managing Partner for the Nofsinger Group. With 20 years of experience in organizational effectiveness research and consulting, she focuses on executive coaching, leadership assessment and team development. Jennifer has worked with a full range of public, private, private equity and not-for-profit institutions including Bartell Drugs, Buerk, Dale, Victor LLC., Kibble & Prentice and Community Health Plan of Washington. Jennifer is also a certified “ropes course” or “outdoor adventure learning” instructor. She earned a Masters in Psychology from Western Washington University and received her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Washington.

 

Alice Forsythe, MBA — Partner

Alice Forsythe is a Partner with the Nofsinger Group. She specializes in individual, team and organizational assessment, competency development, succession planning and executive coaching. Prior to joining Nofsinger, Alice managed projects for Mercer and AT&T Wireless. Her clients have included Puget Sound Energy, Laird Norton, Blue Point Capital Partners and Maveron. Earlier in her career, Alice was National Sales Manager for a publicly-owned video software company in the Los Angeles area, where she led the sales team covering the U.S. and Canada. Alice graduated from the University of Washington with B.A. degrees in psychology and business, and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in human resource management and organizational behavior.

 

Dana Skoog Questad — Project Coordinator

Dana Skoog Questad joined the Nofsinger Group in 2007 as project coordinator. Prior to the joining our team, Dana served in a similar position for Catholic Charities. She received her Bachelors degree in psychology from Gonzaga University, and is currently working on her Masters in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University. Dana donates her time to teach leadership and team skills to Washington State high school students in positions of student-leadership. She serves on the alumni board for Holy Names Academy in Seattle, WA, as well as participates with Rebuilding Together, Relay for Life, Greenpeace, and Habitat for Humanity.

 

Trent Huxley — Intern

Trent Huxley is presently an Intern with the Nofsinger Group. He is a student attending Brown University focusing his studies in Commerce, Organization, and Entrepreneurship. In addition to his role as a student and Intern he is a three year letter winner on the Brown University Men's Swimming & Diving Team. When at school he also enjoys participating as a member of the Brown University Lecture Board and has taken an active role in Sigma Chi Fraternity.
